help appreciated

I'm 13 and would like to start working out, my diet is full of protein so i don't need work there.
I'm 5'2" and 120 pounds. I'm not fat but very athletic, in my legs.
I play multiple sports such as soccer for 10 years, baseball, basketball, cross country, track, tennis, volleyball.
I really only run around. I have big bulky legs and big calves im happy with( all jeans look like skinny jeans lol) but this was from sports with no intention.
I would now like to get some fat off the stomach and make my arms thicker and stronger, theyre not toothpicks but theyre not very strong =/. I have strong abs just they don't show, just the FAT over it =], but it doesn't slow me down. Im one of the fastest kids at my age in our area.
This is hard to make a list as i have no equipment whatsoever and won't for a year til im eligible for the gym.
So the workout would have to be on the ground, and possibly a pullup bar, but i cant do a pullup =o. Advice is greatly appreciated.

I would suggest keeping your cardio up and start doing push up's and sit up's. They are base's to building muscle's, the push up's will start building you a chest and will also strengthen your arm's up. And the cardio mixed with the sit up's will easilly burn the top layer of your fat off and give your stomach some tone. It's all about the small thing's, but remember your only 13 year's old so lifting weight's to early could hurt the growth of your muscle.

I'd like to give you guys information, im happy with my arms, the only thing there would be strength. Thats all i want. My main problem is my stomach. i'd actually like a little muscle in the chest (to get rid of the forming man boobs) and to show my abs, so basically i need to get rid of the fat on my stomach, and gain muscle on my arms/chest. i have no idea what to do to become stronger. So if anyone can tell me what to do i'd thank you. And btw im 5'4" now and 122 lbs. I'm actually meeting a coach tonight who wants me on his competitive soccer team, so workout which would improve my skills in soccer would be wonderfull. Thanks for the replies so far and that will come.

Can anybody help? I've been lurking trying to find somebody answered properly that had the same problem. I'm wondering what hiit is and if it'd help abs show, because it sounds fun. I want to get a pullup bar but i refuse to embarass myself until i know i can do a pullup(which i can only pull myself up like 6 inches), how many pushups a day should i do, both morning and night? And do i need to do situps? i can do them but i'd like to focus showing the abs and a better looking chest and stronger arms. I'm insecure and i know it, but i think i would be better off if i was happy with my looks, and these are the things that bother me. Any more suggestions? There ae many things to do and im just stuck deciding, i'm getting more motivated and would like to use my motivation and get started.

Sorry for the triple post but i have attempted a routine and I'd like your opinions.
Monday I have 50 pushups and 150 situps in sets of 30 then I have baseball or soccer practice.
Tuesday I do 50 pushups and 150 situps in sets of 30.
Hiit 15 sec sprint/ 30sec jog for 20 mins
Wednesday repeat Monday
thursday repeat Tuesday
Friday one hour of running. 50 pushups and 150 situps in sets of 30
Saturday repeeat tuesday
sunday rest.
Each week add 5 pushups and situps
keep this routine till new years
then get pullup bar for routine after that. I'm planning on eating healthier, and am drinking my last soda. Is publix lemonade bad?
I'll keep this thread updated.

If you can join a gym, it would really help. You need weights to lift, and a good variety of them so that you can change up your routine as needed.

the age limit fot the local gym is 14, and i'm not looking to get buff or big, i'd just like to know if i could get stronger with bodyweight exercise and if i could lose fat running, seeing how i'm already a runner and i didn't change, but maybe i didn't notice it, it was a year ago. I still have ok times but i might practice with the cross country team if it's reccomended. Thanks for the reply, but i have no equipment or eligibility for equipment and i'd like to knwo if i could get stronger, and lose excess fat on my stomach. Is the routine i put ok, and changes, every other day i wake up at 5 and run a mile, because i can't do hiit except saturday because i'm now on a baseball and competitive soccer team which takes 4 days a week. i think i'm healthy, but i'd like to be healthier, and not have to have the fat on my stomach and notice it whenever running or swimming, its annoying , slows me down, and doesn't put me down just gives me a wish to get rid of it. I noticed i was week when i couldn't do a pullup. So maybe when i switch it up i'll have the strength to do one. :) I'm trying to reach my goals, which i've reached many as being an avid soccer player, hitting a homerun in my second season of baseball, overcoming asthma, and i'm determined, it's my new goal. So i'd like to know the most efficient way to reach it. Thank you for all the information that comes, when i have the ability to join a gym i'll try hard to.

Wouldn't gymnastics do the job? I've always wanted to be a gymnast but never was able to, any way of self coaching for exercises and performing? Because I know that that strengthens your arms and is a great exercise. And it would be something I love so I'd stick to it. Are there any other sports that may help me reach my goals? If it's in sport form, in my opinion it's more fun. i'm already doing competitive soccer and baseball, i have tennis, soccer, and volleyball for school coming up. But i'd like to try new sports, so if it helps with my goals plz suggest.
