Hats off to you - what you are doing is superb. Not many people would be so willing to put themselves out there in the way that you have done. I must say that your gym workouts are very energetic!

A few ideas which I hope will help - don't get hungry - eat fruit as a snack, keep a selection always to hand, get the family on board to be supportive, and plan your week's meals in advance.

I AM A LITTLE WORRIED ABOUT YOUR ACHY JOINTS.
I RECOMMEND YOU TO WALK A LOT. IF YOU HAVE TIME SCHEDULE THAT ALLOWS IT.

IN MY OPININON THE GYM IS TOO HARD FOR YOUR JOINTS. I WOULD PREFER GOING OUT FOR A WALK WITH MY CHILDREN OR MY SPOUSE AND GET THE 2 IN 1 OR 3 IN 1. ;)
30-45 MINUTES IS ENOUGH. DON'T FORGET TO WALK SO, THAT YOU CAN TALK TO YOUR FAMILY FREELY AND YOUR HEART RATE STAYS NORMAL.

WHAT CONCERNS YOUR EATING, I RECOMMEND TO EAT EVERYTHING IN LITTLE AMOUNTS, THEN YOUR BODY DOESN'T START TO STRIKE (SO CALLED YO-YO EFFECT). E.G. IN EVERY 2 HOURS.

AND DON'T FORGET THE RULE, THAT YOU MUST BURN THE KCAL YOU EAT IN ONE DAY.
:dupe:SINCE, YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO EAT 30-60 MINUTES AFTER WORKOUTS, THEN THE BODY GETS ITS ENERGY FROM THE BODY FAT.
