Hats off to you - what you are doing is superb. Not many people would be so willing to put themselves out there in the way that you have done. I must say that your gym workouts are very energetic!
A few ideas which I hope will help - don't get hungry - eat fruit as a snack, keep a selection always to hand, get the family on board to be supportive, and plan your week's meals in advance.
