Help! Advice

I really need some help in regard to getting bigger!!! I have been working out since July and seen some results...but not happy@@

July 2005 I was 125lbs and Dec 2005 i am now 137 lbs...

I need to get bigger and need help

This is what i am taking in regard to supplements.

Muscle Juice Weight Gainer
GNC Pro Performance Multi Vitamin
GNC Digestive Enzymes

I have heard No2, Glutamine, L'arginine would help getting bigger... Please advise what else would i be able to take.

Can some recommend Products with the brand name
 
at 137lbs supplements wont mean much. your emphasis should be on training and eating. only one on your list i'd recommend keeping is the multi-vitamin/mineral. other than that maybe some fish oil and a straight protein powder in place of the weight gainer.

supplements play a very small role in getting bigger.

Nope. and NO2 and l-arginine are essentially the same thing, so it'd be a double waste of cash. NO2 is only a cosmetic fix...it bloats muscles with extra blood, but it's far from permanent, and doesn't increase performance.

Its just an amino acid.
 
i weigh about the same as you and i'm trying to get a lot bigger too. I also take Muscle Juice weight gainer, it seems to work well for me. I think taking 3 shakes a day and having 3 meals will help to get you bigger. The way i make the shake, each one is almost 1000 calories, so just from the 3 shakes you get almost 3000 calories a day. That and 3 small meals of food should help you get bigger.

Phonzy. It seems like you have it stuck in your head supplements are very important. When in reality they are only a small token of what you should be doing. Supplements are only needed to fill voids in your actual eating.

I second champr23, supplements do exactly that. Supplement your diet. I suggest trying just to eat as much as possible. Try to get around 3500 Kcal a day, and however short you come to that fill it in with a calorie shake (what biggie said).
 
I'll put a third point in just to try and drive it home. Supplements are not miracle drugs! they might help you in the short run (creatine and no2), but long-run, they may simply discourage you. With creatine, when you go off of it - and I would suggest you do from time to time if you do end up taking it - you may see dramatic losses in muscle size...simply because you aren't retaining as much water in them (correct me if im wrong there...but the size part i experienced myself). Not to mention that with the creatine you may have you muscles look huge...but it tends to make your face huge...its not completely targeted water retention, so unless you are watching yourself strictly, you may end up a bloated fool.


But anyways....I just wanted to make sure you realize that supplements aren't the only way. I personally went from 175lb to 197lb all natural (with the exception of whey protien of course) before i stated looking into the possibilities of supplementing my diet. And now that I have looked into it, I'm actually planning on sticking to the all natural path till i can't get anything else without supplements.

This product Universal Animal Paks mutli vitamin would it help in muscle recovery.

Dude didn't you read the posts at all??

A decent protein supplment and muti-vit is all i would give a newbie. Maybe some creatine also.

However, you don't need it to make gains. If you think there's some wonder drug on the market your sadly mistaken.

It still comes down to HARD work.
