Hello!

How are you all? I'm a youngin', about 16 and I want to reach my fitness goals the following year so you'll see me around every now and then. My name's Mary and I live in Australia.

My current height is: 165cm, weight: 65kg
and my goal weight is: 55-58kg.

I have always struggled with my weight; not just for vanity reasons but my overall health has always been rather unhealthy because I have horrible self-discipline and tend to eat whatever I like. Things have been improving as of late as my want for change grows but bad habits are stubborn and I decided to join this forum for motivation and advice! :)
