Hello

I just wanted to let you all know that I love this forum and am an "obsessive" lurker.

I decided it would at least be politeto say hello and thank you all for all the info on here.

I am one of the neverending queue of people wanting to lose weight and tone :D ... I currently am on the GI diet and weight train 3 - 4 times per week with cardio the same...I am trying to incorporate more cardio but it takes a while to get my lazy rear end into gear. I weight around 180 lbs and stand at 5'5" but due to quite a bit of weight training I carry the weight quite well... don't have a clue as to body fat percentage... My gym has the omron body fat thingie but I don't find that quite credible so I would rather refrain..

Well, that was just so you know a bit about me...
