Hey, I'm eighteen, 5'9, 150lbs, 22.5% BF. I'm a nutrition nutter and on-and-off runner (okay, jogger).
My goal for the moment is just to get in better shape. I'm pretty healthy right now, but I want to step it up a notch, maybe lower the BF% and have awesome abs to show for it.
Also, I'm going off to University in a few weeks and I am absolutely not going to gain the Freshman 15!!
So I joined this community to meet like-minded people who can answer questions when I've got them and offer support when I need it.
