Depends: How quickly were you losing weight before and how long have you been stuck? What's your current bmi? What are your calories in vs calories out?
 
Stuck for about 1-2 months BMI: 33
Calories intake about 2100
Out: 2000”-2300 depending on the workout day
Compound exercises kills the calories lol
 
Looks like you're in calorie balance then. As long as you eat as many calories as you burn you're not going to lose more weight (most people underestimate how much they're eating even when they try to track perfectly). You'll either have to add to some extra exercise (brisk half-hour walk a day?) or lower your calories.
