Hey all, I'm MegaDeuce and I'm brand new to the forum. I've gained about 20 pounds since moving to a new city a year and a half ago, and even before then I was above where I wanted to be. I figured joining a forum and sharing my progress might be a good way to stay motivated!

Current weight as of this morning: 246 lbs​
Ultimate goal weight: 197 lbs​
Intermediate goal: 222 lbs​

I think you will find this to be a good place to find the motivation you are looking for. People here are friendly and helpful.

I suggest you start a diary on the Weight Loss Diary (https://weight-loss.fitness.com/forums/weight-loss-diary.9/ ) page. Tell us more about yourself, age sex, health condition would be a good start, and anything else you think is important. Post your progress regularly and you'll get a lot of comments and advice.
