I have a lot to offer everyone and i believe i will also learn from you all because of the variety of people from various background; as the saying goes; "variety is the spice of life". So I am here to contribute as much as i can and also to assisted when the need arises, a two way traffic. Does this help?

I have 5 years experience in health and wellbeing and over 10 years experience as a health insurance professional.

Hello, Ceejay. Good to meet you! Is your experience more on the nutrition side, or exercise or something I haven't thought about?

I am sure we can use someone with your experience and expertise. One question, are you trying to lose weight or maintain yourself?

A good way to get started here is to start a diary on the Weight Loss Diary page (https://weight-loss.fitness.com/forums/weight-loss-diary.9/ ) you can tell folks more about yourself and what you are thinking there. You should also read through the diaries there, it will give you a sense as to who we are, and what people are doing. Then if you have specific advice or questions for people just chime in. You'll find most of the people here friendly and responsive.

My first degree was in food science and technology, which cuts across nutrition, etc. At the same time, I was an avid sports woman until my surgery on my knees in 2009, when i was banned by my orthopaedic surgeon from active sports. To answer your question, i know a great deal about exercises that work because i do them myself. Since 2003, I have been in the health insurance business and i still am. So you guys can ask me any question on the above; if it is a question that is outside my expertise, i will always say so. For instance, I have been struggling with belly fat and trying to get my weight down from 85kg to 77kg (what it used to be) and i stumbled onto this:Spam Link Removed

Posting links to blogs, with only a single new article which is an affiliate ad is considered spam, I would have thought somebody university qualified in nutrition would be less susceptible to such scams.

Apologies if i have offended anyone with last comment, i am just a few days new to this forum and was not aware. It won't happen again.
