i've come here for the weight loss journey support because today i start to seriously get back into good shape. in high school i was extremely overweight (i weighed about 400 pounds, maybe more) and over six years i got down to 189lbs. unfortunately over the last year i've gone through a tremendous bout of depression and have been struggling with food and ballooned up to 320, an extraordinary weight gain in a very short period of time. for me personally i believe it is largely a lack of maturity (again, personally, i don't think this is the case for others) to be unable to control myself at times around food, to exercise more often, and so on, but today that changes and i have signed up to document here and there my progress and talk with others about their weight loss. thanks!

You clearly have a lot of weight loss experience from your reduction from 400 to 189.
Well done for addressing things before you got back to your highest weight.

I did a very similar thing myself - regaining a sizeable portion of my loss.

Check out the clubs and challenges as they can be good for getting ideas of things to work on and staying on track...

Also start a diary, visit other people's diary, see what they are doing and cheer them on. With luck some people will return the favour and visit your diary.
