Hi, my name is Alice and I will be having gastric sleeve surgery soon. I'm a little scared, but I'm looking forward to a new life. Can't wait to be chatting with you all!

I hope the surgery works well for you.
How much weight do you hope to lose?

Have you worked out how you are going to cope with getting all the nutrients your body needs with the much smaller portions that the operation will impose on you?
I must admit that I would have difficulty with doing that.

Have you started doing any walking or similar exercise while you are waiting.
 
Hey Alice!

I was reading this girls bio the other day about her experience with gastric sleeve surgery. She lost quite a bit initially, but then started to see the weight creep back up by what she called "eating around the surgery". I think Omega has some really great questions, the same ones this chick said she had to start contemplating to lose the rest of the weight. She looks fantastic now, and she kind of chronicled her journey. I found the article on pinterest lol, where I find everything. Great tool
