I am a 23 years old student and from last year till this day i have gained 8 kilos.
I have always been chubby,even in my childhood and i was frustrated because of this.
The problem back then was that i was eating junk food everyday.
That changed when i went to colledge. I have started to eat healthy. I have lost 10 kilos in 2016 and i were very skinny.
I was very stressed because of the exams and i had lost my appetite,which of course,"helped"me loose very much weight.
I was starving myself, which is of course very very unhealthy.
Of course,my metabolism became very slow and when i started to feed myself normally,i have gained a lot.
For everyone here,my advise is: DON'T STARVE yourself! because this is the worst thing you can do.
You don't loose weight doing this,you mess up your health.
