Hi

I decided I need to loose weight fast after having my blood pressure taken it was 142 and I weigh 17.5 stone and I'm 5'10. I've always been heavy but not fat 14stone is the ideal weight for me because I'm broad I've been to 12 stone and I looked gaunt. What I struggle with is diet. They all look a pain in the arse. Does anyone have a simple eating guide that doesn't involve making 6 meals a day that is easy. A few years back I was in training and lived off baked potato and tinned tuna with some Mayo. But that was boring. So any help with a diet would be great. On to exercise I know what to do but as I'm heavier than ever and not exercised in 4 years anyone know a good cardio program to ease me into it again?
 
I think walking a half hour a day would be reallyhelpful to start. That's a good way to get muscles that haven't been used to doing much back on track.

As far as eating, I tend to say go with whole foods. If it comes from a bag or a can, it probably isn't the best choice (with a few exceptions). Fruits and veggies are so important. You can eat a lot of them for not too many calories.
