Hello, my name is Charles or you can go by the username Giaz, either is fine.
I've always shown an interest in being healthy since I was quite unhealthy myself but never bothered because I thought it wasn't worth it but I always thought I could do it if I wanted.
I thought if I died from an illness like diabetes caused by my unhealthy habits then at least I got to live my life enjoying food and drinks that I liked.
Recently I've questioned myself on whether I could do it if I wanted and so eleven days ago I started drinking only water with some milk for cereal if I wanted.
Before the challenge started I drunk about two bottles of soft drink without having any water which was an incredibly unhealthy habit by myself.
My food diet went something like this.
Breakfast: Fruit, Sugary Cereal or I'd skip it. Breakfast was always small for me.
Lunch: Two packs of Maggi instant noodles, can of Heinz Spaghetti & Meatballs, entire meatlovers pizza(Pizzas in the frozen isle at the shop).
Snack: Can be anything like fruit, ice cream, another lunch(usually a single serving though).
Snack: Sometimes I'll get a second snack.
Dinner: Usually healthy since my Mum cooks it unlike breakfast and lunch. I have 2-4 servings of dinner though when I should just have one.
Now, as in today, I'm going to cut sugar completely from my diet except maybe from fruits. I'll cut wheat except maybe from Spaghetti Bolognese since it's my favorite food currently. (I will only have one serving though and only eat it once a month!) The biggest trouble will be resisting my urges to consume only one serving.
I will also be doing running/walking and weights.
The life style change may be gigantic but I know I can do it since I want to see myself healthy and skinny. I will ignore my urges and not be weak minded.

Apart from that my hobbies include computer activities like learning programming languages like java and html, playing computer games, I'm interested in basketball but I'm horribly bad at it and have no one to play it with. I love improving my mind and body. I have other hobbies but I won't share them all.
