Hi All,
Just thought I'd come and say hello tell you about myself and why I have joined this forum. I am 23 years old, 5ft11" and 14st 10lbs (206lbs). As a teen I always thought I carried a bit too much weight but looking back now I was skinny! Over the past 5 or 6 years I have really let myself go, I basically stopped doing exercise and became a overweight bloated mess.
I need to do something about it, I have tried to start playing football again as I did as a teenager but I'm suffering bad my body can't handle the weight. I'm unfit , out of shape and feeling really unattractive.
So I have a few questions I hope people will be able to answer...
1. I would like to lose 2 stone at least how quickly should I be able to achieve this?
2. What should my diet be? I am addicted to food I eat even if I'm not hungry so I know this is what I'm going to struggle on the most.
3. What equipment at the Gym is best to lose fat or get rid of my beer belly?
4. Protein shakes, supplements or tablets do they work and if so what should I be taking for my goal?
I think my biggest benefit from this forum is that it will hopefully give me the motivation to achieve what I want to! All help will be greatly appreciated.
