Hello everyone,I'm 16 years old now(boy) and I am severely overweight(100kg+) and am now just starting to work on losing weight.Been looking around the internet for how to start losing weight and found alot of advice,tips,guides.It's great and all but problem is,I don't even know how to start.Any advice onwhat I should be starting off my weight loss journey with?
 
You start by just starting. Just do more moving around today then yesterday. Eat one less bad food item. It doesn't have to be crazy unless you want it to be. Improve on today over yesterday and keep doing that and your weight will start to drop buddy.
