I am a 31 year old female, I quit smoking cold turkey two weeks ago without any hiccups or cheating! To top quitting a 16 year addiction I decided to also change some other life styles of mine that were bad news.
I'm now on a diet and still going through nicotine withdrawl. I'm 5'6", around 215 pounds and have an extremely physically active job. I limit myself to 1550 calories a day on this diet. This is my routine:
4:30 AM: 1 banana, 1 serving of green goodness smoothie from bolthouse and 1 PG tip hot tea with splendid and milk.
I am at work at 6 and start my day that consists of moving boxes ranging from 5 LB to 100 LB and walking anywhere from 6-12 miles.
11 AM LUNCH:
Bottle water (I drink water during work too), 1 cup steamed unseasoned broccoli, 1/4 cup dry jasmine rice cooked, 8 oz unseasoned baked chicken breast. I will eat 1/2 serving of marzetti ranch with this boring meal.
2:30 I am home, I snack:
1 banana, 1 serving blue goodness bolt house smoothie, 1 cup pg tips hot tea with splenda and milk
6:30 Dinner:
This might look familiar, 8 oz chicken, broccoli and rice. All same portions. I do 1/2 serving of sweet baby rays BBQ sauce no ranch.
Is this diet okay? I just kind of came up with it.
