Hi there--

I'm new here. I have lost a large amount of weight twice in my life now. I was diagnosed with insulin resistance five years ago. I lost 64 pounds in a year and I gained it back and then some later on from a medication I started to take. It has been over 2 years now and I have lost pretty much the same amount of weight again, although since I gained more weight than I had before, I now have about 15 more pounds to lose. I have been holding onto those 15 pounds since February and they aren't budging. It is so depressing and disheartening I can't even tell you. It feels like I will NEVER get back to my goal weight. My goal, by the way, isn't to be "skinny." All I want is to be able to fit into all my old clothes again. Fashion is one of my things and I have so many clothes I can't wear anymore and it makes me really sad. I'm here for support, advice, and, when needed, to give support.
