Hi I am new to this forums and I really want to lose weight. I am a male, I'm 18, and I weight 240. :S I'er vve never eaten meat or vegetables so I've mostly lives on carbs because I'm picky plus I have aspergers. I've overcome a *massive* amount of my disability, and I want to be skinny and attractive.

I've never eaten meat before and I don't want to...but I'm sick of being fat. I want to be skinny, normal, and fit in!

I was following an eBook I found online about an edge of starvation diet. I can't keep up with it because I'm always hungry.

I have a lot of trouble with how I view myself and self-esteem and I want to change that.

I want to lose weight and I'm at the point where I just want to get weight loss surgery but I can't even get that because it costs too much money. The way I figured it would be successful because they talk about shrinking your stomach so you're not as hungry...

Any advice would be appreciated and I want to change my life!

Thanks so much,
- Gabriel

What I recommend is not utilizing one of those starvation diets. Instead, just burn more calories than you would take in, and you will actually lose weight. There are many online apps and programs to help you with that. Add in some light exercise, which then gradually ramps up and I think you'll do great
