Hi. I today realise, that if I want to run faster I have to loose weight. But this time with changing all my eating patterns, as I have to keep energy levels high to run. Currently I am running 10k under 55 min, my weight is 76 kg. would love to get rid of 10 kg ( so much weight to carry while running) and speed up to under 45 min. Sooooo..... Bring it on, I can do it!!!!
