Hi, I'm Claire. I'm 31 and live in New Zealand. I was originally 127kg and got down to 93kg while I was on maternity leave but since going back to work last year I have gained back 20kg. I stumbled across this forum while looking for some light bulb solution that might help me lose weight. I need to get fit and healthy for my now 2 year old son. I want to do all the motherly things with him but right now everything just hurts so much. Even just moving while sitting. Look at me ramble on but now at least you know a little bit about me. I look forward to getting to know you all.

I thik u should use herbalife shake u can lose up to 1 kg per week I am using shake from 2 months and lost 4 kg

Try to involve your child in your exercises. That will make it fun for both of you. You will also encourage your child to a healthier behaviour.

Getting your kid involved in exercise is a great idea! Do you find it difficult to find quick and easy foods that are healthy while having a 2 year old son ..?
