I have recently quit smoking, 9 months ago, and realize that I have triggers that cause me to eat. I am an emotional eater. I also eat at the wrong time of the day, at night, after 7pm and often in the middle of the night. I know everything I do that is wrong. I just need the will power to stop doing them like I did the smoking.
I have my life ready to go and start an exercise regime. Walking up and down a massive hill for strengthening of my legs and a good cardio workout. An exercise ball with core building exercises and free weights to engage my arms. I need to find the motivation to start. I used a Quit Smoking Site to quit smoking. I hope I am inspired to quit eating, get healthy and start exercising here.
