Hello

i have Rugby starting soon it will be 4 days a week 2 morning practices mon , tues(7:30-8:30) (school 8:45-2:55) , Wed 3:00-5ish , Thurs 3:00-515ish

i also sometimes work 5-11/6-11 on some school days

socal life?

i have read abit of < can any Rugby players conferme?



am i trying to juggle to much or am i just to lazy?

i wanna be able to fit it all in my life to get maximum results , please train me , or link me to important threads

so how can i spend 20-40 mins a day to properly get good results
