After having my second baby last year, and then turning 30 this year, I decided that it was time to do something about my weight. My goal weight is around 125-130lbs. Diet TIP: stay away from the white sugars and white flours, use more whole grains. And gals, go to your doctor and get your thyroid function checked (simple blood test) A lot of women have an underactive thyroid and don't even know it! The thyroid gland controls your motabolism.:D
 
welcome beth! thats true about the whole grains, i cant tell you when the last time is that i even had a piece of white bread!


You could start a diary if you'd like. We use them to keep track of calories and exercise, and also help us to keep track of you and your progress.
 
wow it seems everything white is bad :( which is funny..cause white is supposed to make u look larger to...stupid white..:eek: thanx for the tip :) and good luck! thanx for the info about the thyroid too...i definitly have a few ppl to tell about that one :)
