Im 16, 6'2 and need to lose around 50 pounds to become a healthy weight. I was wondering if anyone had any eating tips or any tips to help me achieve this goal? I would like to be this weight by August.

Hello Aaron! Welcome to our forum! We are a supportive group that will help you to achieve your weight loss goals!

You could start a diary if you'd like. We use them to keep track of calories and exercise, and also help us to keep track of you and your progress

as for tips, start by cutting out all junk and replace with fruits and veggies. start drinking lots of water and eliminate coffee and soda or as much as possible. no eating 3 hrs before bed and make your last snack a very low carb one.
 
also, if you break it down over the weeks, I think thats like a 2 pd a wk loss you'd have to maintain...

Thank you both for the support :) I never really worked it out,but 2 pound a week doesnt sound too hard.

I will consider starting a diary aswell :)
