This seems like a really good forum--interesting to read unlike some others I've been looking at... ;-)

My name is Molly, and I'm a grad student, college instructor, and mommy of 2 who lives in Montana. I feel like such a dork. I lost 50 pounds last year, and have been so stressed with everything that I have let myself gain it all back. *sigh* So I'm going for a fresh start, and I'm really excited about it!

Hi! I'm glad you found us! Weight is something most of us will probably struggle w/ most of our lives. Thats why its important to find some way of eating thats permentant, unlike "diets".

You could start a diary, we keep track of calories and excersize there and it helps us to keep track of you ;)

(ps..I did delete one of your posts, it was the same intro as this, so by only having one of the same thread, it causes less confusion :) )
