Well, lets see...
I am 18 and iv been strugling with my weight for the last 4 years..
Unfortunatly I have a long way to go untill I reach my disired weight.
Right now I think im about 210, im 5'7.

This semester I decided to take 2 PE classes, I took Pilates, and body conditioning.

:confused: I didn't lose fat (which im trying to focus on in this stage) but i did notice a diffrence in core strength.

This next semester i was thinking about taking a Step arobics class and maybe a Aqua arobics class.

Hi there! I was 210 and 5'7 when I started earlier this year. I've lost 27 pds so far!! If I can do it, BELIEVE me, you can do it!!
