Well, lets see...
I am 18 and iv been strugling with my weight for the last 4 years..
Unfortunatly I have a long way to go untill I reach my disired weight.
Right now I think im about 210, im 5'7.
This semester I decided to take 2 PE classes, I took Pilates, and body conditioning.
I didn't lose fat (which im trying to focus on in this stage) but i did notice a diffrence in core strength.
This next semester i was thinking about taking a Step arobics class and maybe a Aqua arobics class.
