Hi, I just joined, and this site looks great!

Here's my weight story: I lost some weight about two years ago. After college eating and first-year-of-marriage eating (lots of buttery home-cooked meals!), my weight reached 175 pounds. I decided to eat better and exercise. What an idea, huh? I counted calories and followed Joy Bauer's 90/10 Plan. I eventually hit my goal weight of 125 pounds, after lots of working out and eating right. For the last year or so, I've been working to maintain. As you can see from my signature, I've gained a bit since then, so my goal now is to lose about ten pounds.

I'm currently focused on eating healthy food (Steven Pratt's Superfoods is my guide) and exercising. I look forward to meeting all of you and staying motivated!
 
good for you taking control b4 it was too late! good luck to you and your weight loss! 10 ounds is not that far off ! :)
