hi
my name natasha and im just intrested to see what all you guys are saying.
im a personal trainer with a back ground in nutition.
my top tip is to have breakfast everyday, 8 glasses of water and if you want some thing eg chocolate have it or you end up eating it later and eating loads of it. any questions and ill try to help.
