Hello, I just registered here and hope it will help me get motivated. I quit smoking November 2003, and I have since gained at least 45-50 pounds! I need to get motivated and get moving. I want to try to just watch portion sizes and calories (low fat) and do a daily walking rather than a standard diet. I have found that I eat almost without thinking, not because I am hungry and need to stop that. I think I will try a daily food diary. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone!!!
