Definitly new to this.. and new to the forums.

Been trying to lose weight for the past few months..

But It hasent been working..

I cut down on my Soda Intake - and a little bit on my food intake..

I am 5'6 211lbs at this current moment. 23 years old.

Its weird.. Like eariler this morn. I was 214 its been like 5 hrs later and Im 211..

When I wake up I will prolly be 209..

Why is my weight so inconsistant? and why cant I go lower then 209?

Well I am going to make a post in the forums about my questions and concerns..

There are a few reasons your weight is different. One is water weight, and thats a big one. Others are if you are wearing clothes, what time of the day you weigh in, ect. Also, maybe your scale is off???

Always weigh in the morning and in your "birthday suit" lol. That will help. Also, only weigh once a day, once you start drinking water and eating, you won't weigh the same.

As far as getting below 209... What kind of diet are you on?? You'll get there...just keep at it!

welcome to the forums! I think that alot of people are new to forums and new to this whole weight-loss experience when they come here... you are definately in good company =)

cutting back on soda is definately a fantastic start... try drinking water in its place - water helps our bodies so much when it comes to weight loss.

Are you doing any exercising? eating less and healthier only helps so much... even if it's just walking - get out there and make a difference in your life =)
