hi there,

I'm new as you can tell from me posting and my lack of posts..LOL

I have changed my way of life as of September of 2005. So far I have lost 50 pounds. I still have another 126 pounds that I want to loose. I am having trouble though with losing more weight.

Currently I am going to the gym 5 days a week. Spending approx. 1.5 hours a day at the gym. Doing 45 minutes of cardio and alternate days of weights for certain body parts. I am on a 1600 calorie intake a day. I drink 10 cups or more water a day.

I have no idea why I am not losing more weight, and I am very frustrated with this. I am hoping that my year anniversary I will be done 100 pounds, and this seems like it's impossible.

Congrat's on your weight loss!!

Its possible you just hit a plateu, or b/c of workout so much your building muscle so that could effect the scale.

Anyhow, don't worry about that,put it behind you and lets get rolling!
 
Congratulations on your loss so far. I have lost and still need to loose around the same amount of weight as you. Why don’t you join our 10 pound club for a bit of a challenge and a bit of support?
