I just joined today - been dieting off and on for just about my whole adult life but trying to stay strong this time... trying to drop over 100 pounds and have lost 30 so far this year - took a little time off in April with a friend's wedding but maintained the loss and am not getting ready for another strong run (looking to lose another 30 or so by the 4th of July)....
Anyway, just doing a traditional lower fat and controlled calorie diet with a good amount of exercise 5 days a week (walking every day and nordicflex 3 days as well).. I did Atkins for a while a few years ago and lost a good amount for a while and during that time joined a similar bulletin board which I found very informative and very supportive. I still visit the site but figured since I wasn't doing Atkins I might try and join a more general weight loss board so here I am!
