Hello Im a newbie,.... um, well Im graduating this year,and I plan to go to college next year, and some things I enjoy are hanging out with my friends and travelling, I also love animals:) . I really want to make a change in my life and loose some extra pounds. I have been browsing around this forum for a while and everyone seems very up beat and supportive which is awesome. This is an awesome time for you to make a change. I think I would have been more confident going into college both scholastically and socially if I wasn't self-conscious about my weight. Be sure to use a save method and good luck.

Hi thanx for the warm welcome :) I plan to lose wheight by the more traditional, simple methods, ( A.K.A no crash diets) by eating healthy and exersizing regularly. Right now I need to work on both of these things, but I am making some changes, so hopefully I will see some results eventually.:)
