Newbie just clocking in...

I am 22 in June. Since high school I have put on over 100 pounds and now close to becoming diabetic. Used to workout 5 days a week my entire senior year, just went to heck and a hand-basket real quick. Then 220; Now 350.

Thank you all in advance, This forum might be what I need. I will also try to be of as much assistence as possible.

I'm sure you will find the support and motivation that you are looking for here. Have you thought about getting back into working out? You must have enjoyed it in highschool to do it 5 days a week.

Yes, but I lack the equipment.
 
I exercise to my favorite show "sex and the city" I find that if you exercise to something that will take your mind off of what your doing, you'll find you do it longer. Good luck to you!!
