Hello!

My name is Matt, and I'm pretty much a metal type of kid, I live and breathe music basically. I'm about 5'10 and I'm 14 going on 15 and as of now I weigh 185 lbs. I have a fatty stomach, love handles, and fatty thighs.

I have been eating better for about two months and when I started I weighed 210, but have done next to nothing for exercise. I pretty much avoid fast food now and I eat just generally anything remotely healthy.

Now my question is, what are some exercises that I can do to burn the fat on my body?

Edit: Alright, I thought I might add this fact. -- I drink about 10 8 oz. bottles of water a day.

Hi McVicious,
Im new to the forum, but not new to training.
The best way to burn fat is by using it for some serious fuel. With your schedule do you think you might be able to incorporate some cardio into your mornings? say 3 times per week?
I mean getting up damn early, and running without eating? If you eat and then run, your body will be burning cals before it gets to your fat. If you run first thing in the morning, you can utilize your fat storage for fuel quite quickly. I know it doesnt sound fun at all, but creating a calorie deficiency and adding cardio to your lifestyle could be your answer. Of course there are an awful lot of details regarding when to eat and how much and what are great foods and what supplements might give you an edge.. If you are serious about burning that fat let me know in PMs bro, I'd be glad to help you with some tips for getting started.

Fasted cardio is one option, and a hotly debated one at that. You definitly need cardio to burn fat but, make sure you combine it with weight training (muscle burns fat, a happy coincidence).

Best place to burn fat my friend, is in the kitchen. Combine your training regime with 5 - 6 smallish meals a day roughly 3 hrs apart and drink LOTS of water.

Welcome and good luck :)
