Hello :)

Hello , my name is Meaghan & I`m new here =] Over the summer I lost 32 pounds, but I did it the not so healthy way, and gained it all back, So now I`m starting over fresh, and trying to lose it the healthy way =). Right now I`m 187 , and my plan is to have 2 boiled eggs for breakfast, anything I want for lunch ( can be anything, even unhealthy ) , and for dinner, something small, like a lean cuisine meal . The reason I`m letting myself have anything for lunch ( anything as in a reasonable amount, not a huge binge, just a meal rather it be good or bad for you ) Is because I always give into my diets during lunch time, so I figure by letting myself have at least 1 thing I want a day, I wont be as likely to binge. My total calorie intake should not exceed 1,200 cals . & I`ll be doing an hour on the treadmill, 50 crunches, and 20 pushups, all everyday. Do you think this will work even if I have something unhealthy for lunch? I`ll be burning the cals while excersizing, so I dont see why it wouldnt work, I`m still watching my calorie intake. Give me some advice if you would like =) I`m sure I`ll enjoy being here, it seems like a great forum!

Welcome Meaghan! :)

I think you need to revised your diet and eat 5-6 small meals a day and def take out that "anything you want" meal at lunch. Once a week is fine to "cheat but if your going to have just anything once per day, that may hinder your progress.

Be sure they contain lean proteins, clean carbs, and healthy fats and drink tons of water.

Good luck to you.

:)

I totally agree with LV. The plan you posted isn't very healthy. You need to go about this the healthy way, you don't want to gain it all back like last time!

Good luck!

Predictably, I'm going to agree with LV and Angel. A cheat meal every day is simply too much. However, you would be amazed at how many healthy meals taste good - I was! :)
