Hello

Greetings all,

new to the forum, wanted to introduce myself and say hi.

I've been a practitioner of martial arts for the past 10 years and enjoy learning about physiology and fitness. Am currently trying to drop 15 pounds I've put on since I met my fiancee (I refer to it as my "happiness pudge").

I'm 39, 5'7, 155. Good fitness level but can't seem to get that stubborn BF% down, so I came here for info and inspiration.
