Hello

Hi guys. I'm new to the forum looking to loose some weight and some fat. I'm a soon to be 19 year old college student looking to loose body fat on my chest and stomach. I'm around 6 feet tall weighing in at around 185 last I checked. I'm excited to be apart of the forums and I hope I can loose some serious fat and gain some muscle by the time summer comes.
 
Welcome to the board! There are tons of COo.oOL people here who can help you meet your goals. And, there is also lots of motivation packed into this little site.

Post what type of equipment you have access to and how much time you have available to workout. Then tell us your stats and what your exact goals are. We will help you!

welcome. i too was 180+ lbs. im 22 5'8" its been a a few months and with regular workouts and eating right ive been at a steady 170lbs and still dropping! i had a hard time in college. thats where i gained most of my weight. lots of pizza and soda ( cheap meals) so.. just stick with it. and again, welcome
 
yes I know the food kills me here ... I'm 5'11 185 pounds hoping to be down to 165 (where I was before I went to college).
