Hello

Hey guys I'm 17, 6'2 and 189 lbs I just decided in September that I need to lose some pounds. In August I topped out at 205 and was way out of shape something like 26% BF. I lost about 15 lbs in 4 weeks and all i did was eat healthier like instead of having pizza pops for lunch I would have a bowl of salad and I would drink water like crazy. I also bike about 40 mins a day which also helped. I feel alot better about myself now I can finnaly do pushups with ease. My future goal is 170 lbs I hope to reach it by december if all goes well, anyway just wanted to come out and say hi. ;)
