Hello

Hi everybody, :)

My name is Chris, im 15 years old 5'11, 173lbs. and around 25%BF. I decieded to create a workout and diet plan to change my body. My short term goal is to lose 10lbs. Then when I see how I look and feel at 163lbs. I will adjust from there. My long term goal is to gain lean muscle mass, but I have a take it day by day attitude which I think will lead to a successful lifestyle change. I plan on posting my daily food intake stats and workout stats in the form of a journal so other people can look at it and tell me what things I can do and change to get the most out of my workouts.
