Hello~ I am new to this forum site and hoping to get support from everyone here.
I'm 5'2 and weigh 227 pounds.
My goal weight is around 150-170 pounds (I don't want to be actually thin)
I have struggled with weight for most of my life from eating unhealthy food and also not eating enough in the day.
So I'm changing my eating habits, switching to mostly water, and doing Jillain Micheal's 30 day Shred (which I hope works).
I'm hoping to get much support especially from my fellow big and short people
