Hello to everyone

I am new to this forum and the reason i am here is that i am 33yrs
95Kgrs and 178cm!

Well i occasionally exercise, play tennis, running and in the past i bought
a running belt and a ab/back extension machine.

I am looking for guidance in order to create an organized and
realistic exercise program.

I will appreciate any help (please i dont wanna go to 100kgrs
and i want to fell my body strong again) :(

What kind of equipment do you have? What's a running belt?

create a personalized exercise program using
my equipment (for free... :eek: ), Can anybody of you give help?

That's all you have? You need to strength train for overall fitness and leaness.

I bookmarked this awhile ago. Do your cardio along with this.
