Hi everyone.
I have gotten the message not to post my url! So WHY is there an html link here LOL! Anyway nice to meet you all!
I'm an Anti-aging doc who doesn't want you guys doing dangerous things with anabolics and have alternative suggestions. Also energy and sleep are as you know,super necessary. I don't know if I can post blogs which would be helpful so I'll see if an admin will answer me on that.

Anyway,just to give you more "food for thought" did you know that most people not at their ideal weight do non hunger eating and it can be controlled naturally with happy brain chemical precursors? Yes,true and quite cool.

I have been quite a gym rat for years but suddenly find my work schedule way to amped up so am using a product and I guess I better not name the product....but it's a home,no-grip band system and it seems to be working. Does anyone have a quickie 10-15 min totaly body calisthenic routine that engages all muscle groups? I could USE it-this is getting BORING!
