I'm 25 and female. I'm averagely built but due to bad nutrition and lack of exercise I have an ugly 'wobbly' body. I will be trying to loose 10 kg by eating a healthier diet and exercising every day. I'm really opting for improving my health and finally increasing my fitness level which as to now was nonexistent. I'm not really opting for fast results but rather for results that will last and there is only one way to go about that goal, change my lifestyle towards a more healthy one.

I think it's a great opportunity to be able to help and receive help, encouragement and valuable information from people who are actually going through what you are going through.

I also registered on the Weight Table What a cool feature. :)
