Hello, can just call me Nightsparkle. I hit a huge point in my life June 4th 2017 i weighed 313 pounds. As of today Dec 18th. 2017 im 235 lbs. I lost 78 lbs. but i been hovering around 235 for couple weeks now. really didnt have a set diet or anything just less calories. at first i set it at 1800 calories for a month then well went down and down. so for the last 2ish Months now havent really gone past 500 calories most of the time its around 200 to 300 calories per day. I have No idea what im doing really. just trying to loose weight i guess. only time i eat is at Dinner. so thought i would at least try something im like very shy in doing and thats trying to get advice i guessing. around my area there arent much as way in gyms or nutritionist advisors. there is 1 nutritionist advisor in my area but not taking anymore clients until 2019. So here i am i guess. Im sorry for the boring reading stuff.
 
You are consuming starvation level calories at the moment, yes you will loose weight but your metabolism will fight you and your health will suffer.
