Im fairly new at these things.
My name is rames, i live in abudhabi.
I have always been overweight since childhood.. im now 21 years old.
But 3 weeks ago i tried to make a difference. So i started a diet ( an easy one) and started some exercise. I hope i can share this journey with you [emoji4]

Welcome to this forum, these are some tips for you;
- set you goals, but I want you Try to make sure that your goals are aggressive but can be achieved.
- Start eating for health instead of eating to satisfy your taste buds. Focus on choosing whole foods that are as close to their natural state as possible, such as fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, whole grains and lean meats
- getting up and keep moving
