Hello Everyone,

I am trying to loose just 20lbs. but it seems so impossible. I have changed my eating habits but I know I need to exercise as well. I have been struggling with my weight for awhile with the up and down yo yo dieting which I want to break away from. I am also here to offer support to anyone else who may need it and anyone who wants to chat with me please feel free to contact me and I can share with you what diets did not work for me and what seems to be helping me now loose weight and control my appetite. Hope to hear from you guys soon, take care and HUGS to all of us who are trying to get to our weight loss goals! :p
 
I would add some aerobic exercise routines. Dieting alone is not as effective as diet & exercise. Plus physical activity gives you more energy and make you feel better.

If your time allows, start by walking 30 mins to 1 hour per day. It is the easiest way to burn some calories and relax. Weight loss isn't just about consuming more calories than you take in. A lot of factors, like sleep, moods, stress, etc. are linked to weight gain. So, get good sleep, be happy, and think positively. Losing 20 pounds isn't a small undertaking. However, if you stick to a good diet and exercise routine, you can see some results fast.

Yes you are right, there are allot of factors that make us gain weight, and as a matter of fact I walked over a mile and a half today at a park near my house and I feel very good. I need to get into an exercise routine daily if I want to burn off the excess weight. Thanks for being a sweetie. :)

Hiya, I think we've found a great place. I've read a bunch of great info here. I've gotten lots of ideas from reading around. I need to start exercising also.
I bought a few workout dvds. I figured its a good place to start off
