Hi my name is Marcus I currently weight 398lbs and I am 5'2''. I have been making changes to my life so far this year. I have put the sodas down since Jan. 5, 2016 and have picked up drinking kool aid 1 gallon water, 2 packs of kool aid and 1 and 1/3 cups of splenda. along with drinking more water. I have had 48oz of soda in the last month.
I am trying to shed a few pounds before I go back to work on the 22nd of Feb. and then try and keep losing steady. My plan for the 2 weeks before the 22nd is to eat lean meats (ground turkey, chicken breast, tuna)
and Drink 2 slimfast with a cup of strawberries and a banana mix in soymilk/slimfast. I also have been going to the gym for at least 30min-1 hour about every 3 days and have been doing some weight lifting at home when at the computer.
I am just looking for advice to what I am doing and when I go back to work I will be working at least 6 days a week 10 to 12 hours a day for about 2 months and would like some advice on what i should do during those months working as when I get off i will not feel able to go to a gym for it is a physical active job.
