Hi I'm Jason! I'm 17, and I weigh around 240 I really want to lose a lot of weight, and nothing I do is seeming to make a difference. I've cut soda out of my drinks, it's been 4 or 5 weeks now. I need advice because for the new year I want to go down to around 180 or maybe even lower. I know I can do it, but I need advice. Such as a place to find good workouts, diet, etc I really want to reinvent myself to how I would like! Anyways nice to meet you all!
